Q:What shall we do ,if we need put logo on the productd?

A:Just send the logo by email,attached the picture by PDF or JEPG files ,and inform us the pantone colors ,the size ,and the location of it ,so we can make embroidery,printing,or other style logo for clients’ choices

Q:Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time ?

A:Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick correct samples will certainly save much time, From the past experience,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time. so please ensure there are no misunderstanding in the first time .

Q:How about your lead time to make sample? How about sample charge?

A:Generally around 3-5 business days to make sample. Sample fee depend on the design.For stock samples need, we will not charge the fee and clients are expected to pay for freight only ; We will charge the fee for developing new sample that called custom-made samples, and sample fee will be refunded to
